Small group training (groups of 3 to 6 people)
Suitable service for a group of friends who want to spend a good and funny time exercising together.
This sessions are organized as a group exercise class where everyone can exercise for their own goals.
The strength exercises, the cardiovascular workout and the stretching exercises make part of each class, where the people can develop the strength, the stretch as well as their cardiovascular performance while they improve their body shape.
Bootcamp (minimum of 4 people, maximum of 10)
This service is based in an outdoor workout with exercise protocols similar to the military workout.
A fitness boot camp is a type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
The aim of this session is to improve the strength, the stretch, the cardiovascular performance, the agility, the body coordination and the balance.
It’s a high intensity session with a high level of corporation between customers, which allows them to challenge their performance and to have a ton of benefits, including emphasis on functional full-body training and calorie burning.
